In the internet soap opera of 'Daze of Our Lives', we have a not so un-expected twist.  Yahoo! rejects Microsofts offer, politely of course.  So where does this leave things?  Well its far from over.  Microsoft could forge ahead without permission and start buying up shares regardless.  There's a lot of speculation, but we'll just have to wait for official reaction from Microsoft.
