Tom Trenz - VP Sales Hawaii

 

Previously as the Director of Business Development for Empowered Hawaii, Thomas was instrumental in the early success and rapid rate of growth of Empowered.  In his new role as Regional VP of Sales, Thomas leads Hawaii sales and is responsible for growing and managing the sales teams. A master of networking, Thomas has cultivated strong relationships with many local organizations.

 

Thomas draws his enormous experience from 22 years success in B2B Sales and over 18 years in consulting of small and medium businesses and organizations. Starting his career in Germany he was the Founder and CEO of a medium size consulting company where he oversaw the financial planning and business consulting for 400+ clients with over 100 Million Euro in total assets.

 

Traveling and conducting business in various continents, Thomas gained vast experience in different cultures and languages before he has made Hawaii his home 8 years ago. In Hawaii Thomas provided business consulting specialized in account receivables and acquired a P&C license as an insurance producer prior to starting his career with Empowered.
